Our Giant Story
The Little Giants' story started a long time ago, far off in a magical kingdom, with a beanstalk and a young lad and lass called Jay & Seanna... Okay, so maybe it wasn't like that, but with the magic we create, you never know!
Who we are.
Hello! We are Jay & Seánna. We are a husband and wife who met whilst performing on board a cruise ship as singers, somewhere in the South Pacific Ocean (not as glam as you might think!). We quickly discovered we had a mutual love for dogs, music, teaching & adventure. Since meeting, we have embarked on all of these passions, but creating Little Giants has been the biggest beanstalk of them all!
Little Giant Productions was founded on adding all of our strengths together. As well as both being drama school trained performers, Seanna is also a qualified teacher and Jay is a digital marketing wizard!
We hope to transfer our passion and enthusiasm for education by bringing the PDMU curriculum to life right in front of your Little Giant's eyes!

Jay Hutchinson
Jay trained professionally in Musical Theatre and has performed across London as well as working for the likes of Disney, P&O Australia & TUI. He also has a wealth of experience working in several Theatre in Education projects based in the Channel Islands & England.
As well as being a freelance performer, Jay also has a background in web design, video editing & digital marketing which came in particularly handy during the pandemic (and also saved us a lot of $$ whilst setting up Little Giants!).
He has the biggest imagination and is always coming up with wild ideas and over-the-top suggestions for each of our productions. "Then, at the end of that scene, we can bring in the fire breathing dragon!"
Seánna Hutchinson
Seanna is Belfast born and bred, but went to drama school in London to train in Musical Theatre. Since graduating, she has worked across London, the UK and internationally as a performer as well as a Theatre in Education project throughout England and Wales.
She grew up learning piano and viola at the CBRSM and has been teaching piano since the age of 16. Alongside her performing career, she has always taught music both privately and as a peripatetic teacher and then finally decided to train as a teacher, gaining her QTS in 2017.
Seanna is the brains behind the educational side of Little Giant Productions and is always bringing Jay back down to the earth with his wild ideas! "Sounds great Jay, but what will the pupils learn?"
